This category applies to all Non-Members; both Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Non-Healthcare Professionals (Non-HCP).
According to the Healthcare Professional Definition, Non-Members/Non-HCP do not have access to the Industry Sessions which are restricted to HCPs only.
If you are an employee of an industry, working in the field of dermatology, please refer to the “Industry Participant” category.
Industry participants
This category has been created to enable employees of the Industry (such as distributors, industry representatives, marketers, business developers, CEO, COO, etc. working in the field of dermatology) to gain full access to the event (Scientific Sessions + Industry Sessions), independently from their status (HCP/NON HCP).
This category should not be purchased for non-employees of the industry.
The application has to be accompanied by an official document confirming that the ticket is being issued for an employee of the industry. The document (Proof of Affiliation) should confirm that the intended ticket holder is employed by a specific company, be duly signed and have the official stamp of the company ((in the absence of a stamp: organization header is accepted).
Industries processing a Group registration (10+ participants) are not required to upload this document.
IMPORTANT: Industry Session organisers could limit participation to certain representative groups independently from EADV recommendations if deemed imperative to the achievement of the intended purpose of the Industry session. The organising company reserved the right to refuse single badge, in particular if not adequately related to the objective and purpose of the session.
On the badge, the name of the company sponsoring the registration will be displayed.
