Badge
Print your badge on-site – self-printing machines
Starting from Wednesday, 11 October 2023, you can conveniently obtain your badge by scanning your personal QR-code voucher. This voucher has been sent to your account via no-reply@mail.m-anage.com following your online registration. If you haven’t received it, please check your JUNK email folder.
Please remember that your name badge serves as your official identification for the Congress. It should be worn at all times to access the Conference Centre and attend scheduled activities and sessions.
Access to the Congress and its sessions will not be granted without your badge.
Transportation Pass
The Full Congress Ticket includes a Transportation Pass covering 4 days of travel (from 11-14 Oct 2023) for fare zones ABC (including travel to the airport).*
You will find the transportation pass at the back of your personal Congress registration badge. The VBB logo represents the public transport authority for the German metropolitan region. With your registration badge, you can enjoy complimentary citywide travel during your stay. Be sure to have it with you for convenient and free transportation.
Berlin and the surrounding regions are divided into fare zones A, B and C.
- Fare zone Berlin A includes the city centre of Berlin, including the S-Bahn-Ring.
- Fare zone Berlin B begins outside the S-Bahn ring and reaches the city limits.
- Fare zone Berlin C includes both the outskirts of Berlin e. g. and the city of Potsdam.
* The transportation pass is not included with 1-day tickets.
Childcare Facility
Acknowledging the requirements of our conference delegates who may be accompanied by their families, we are delighted to present an on-site professional childcare service at the EADV Congress 2023.
This dedicated childcare facility will be conveniently situated within the congress building, ensuring easy accessibility for your convenience. The service is designed for children aged 6 months to 10 years old and will be overseen by a professional childcare agency to assure you that your children will receive attentive care while you actively participate in the conference activities.
To reserve a spot, please log in to the Congress Registration Platform and click on the Application Module (please do not click on the Individual Registration or Group Registration module).

Registration
If you are interested in using the childcare service, please register your child via this link by the deadline of September 29, 2023.
We strongly encourage parents to secure childcare slots in advance. On-site registration will be possible during EADV Congress 2023, but places are subject to availability.
Terms and Conditions
- For the safety of your child, please ensure you have a photo ID when dropping off and picking up.
- Water, snacks, fruits will be provided, but kindly prepare a packed lunch for your child.
- Parents are required to provide diapers and any specific items their children may need (excluding medications).
- If your child requires a nap during daycare, please bring their comfort items (pacifier, stuffed animal, sleeping bag, etc.) for a cozy rest.
- Please administer any necessary medication to your child before arrival, as the childcare staff cannot administer medications.
- We recommend parents to arrange travel insurance coverage for their children throughout their stay.

On-site self registration
Any person who wishes to make a registration for the EADV Congress can proceed either online via the registration system platform or directly on-site at the self-registration stations. In order to avoid queueing on-site and to avoid gatherings, we suggest you opt for the first option (participants can register online even while the Congress is running, until 14 October 2023)
Payments are possible only by credit card: VISA and Mastercard.
AMEX is not accepted.
Cash payment cannot be accepted on-site
Participants opting for an on-site registration should reach the self-registration stations located in the Registration Area.

Groups
How to send the QR-code voucher to the registered delegates:
Log into your registration account, select the Group Registration panel and click on the Ticket Pick Up Management
You may decide if you would like to download the voucher or send it to your delegates through the online registration platform. Attendees will receive a confirmation registration email from no-reply@mail.m-anage.com with the voucher as an attachment.
Starting from Wednesday, 11 October 2023, registered delegates can utilize the Self-Printing Machines situated in the Registration Area to scan their personal QR-code voucher for badge retrieval.
Exhibitor registration desk
Exhibitor badges are restricted to exhibiting companies’ staff only.
Satellite badges are restricted to Industry Session (Satellite session or Industry Hub sessions) organizers’ staff only. These badges are not available for general public.
Before the event, exhibitors can be registered online by the company’s contact person only.
On-site registration is not recommended. However, last-minute registrations are possible at the appointed Exhibitor Desk located in the Registration Area, on the below opening hours:

All session rooms are equipped with LCD projection facilities for PowerPoint presentations. Speakers are asked to hand in their presentation at least 3 hours before the lecture if not already uploaded earlier.
Speakers with a presentation during the first time slot of the morning are kindly asked to hand in their PowerPoint presentation the day before.

Press / Media representative registration
Both journalists who are working for and representing recognised news organisations, as well as freelancers, are encouraged to attend the meeting as Press Representatives.

Certificates
All registered participants will be able to download their certificates online based on their level of engagement:
- A Certificate of Attendance is available for all registered participants who have a valid registration badge and attended at least 1 session.
- A CME-CPD Certificate is available for all participants who actively attended scientific sessions, had their badge scanned and completed the online evaluation forms.
- An e-Poster Certificate is available for all leading e-Poster authors.
- A Free Communications Certificate is available for all presenters in the “Free Communications” sessions.
- A Workshop Certificate is available for all Workshop participants.
The certificates are not sent out automatically to the attendees.
